TERMS OF SERVICE INI WEB STUDIO Effective Date: March 2026 These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by INI Web Studio (“INI Web Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing services, submitting project information, or otherwise engaging with INI Web Studio, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the following terms. 1. SERVICES PROVIDED INI Web Studio provides website design, development, and related digital services for businesses and individuals. Services may include website design, website development, consultation, revisions, and related support as agreed upon between INI Web Studio and the Client. The scope of each project will be determined by the selected service package or custom agreement. 2. PROJECT DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit may be required before work on a project begins. This deposit secures the project start and reserves development time. The remaining balance must be paid prior to final delivery, launch, or transfer of website files unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as PayPal. Failure to submit payment may result in delays, suspension of work, or termination of the project. 3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and materials required for the completion of the project, including but not limited to: • Text content • Images or graphics • Branding materials • Business information • Access to relevant accounts or platforms Delays in providing necessary materials may result in project delays. The Client represents that they have the legal right to use all materials submitted to INI Web Studio. 4. REVISIONS The number of revisions included in a project may vary depending on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. INI Web Studio will make reasonable efforts to implement requested changes, provided they remain within the original scope of the project. 5. PROJECT TIMELINE Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client response time, project complexity, and availability of required materials. INI Web Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide required information or approvals. 6. WEBSITE DELIVERY Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, INI Web Studio will provide the completed website or transfer ownership of the website files or access credentials as applicable. Until full payment has been received, INI Web Studio retains ownership of all work produced. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Once full payment has been received, the Client will obtain ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the project. INI Web Studio reserves the right to display completed projects within its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Demo websites displayed on our portfolio may include placeholder content or AI-generated imagery used for demonstration purposes. 8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Websites created by INI Web Studio may utilize third-party platforms, tools, or services, including but not limited to: • WordPress • Hosting providers • Plugins or integrations • Payment gateways • Scheduling software INI Web Studio is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, or changes made by third-party providers. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY INI Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. 10. TERMINATION INI Web Studio reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates the terms of this Agreement, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to provide required payments or materials. In such cases, deposits may not be refunded. 11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS INI Web Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with an updated Effective Date. 12. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. 13.
